Weekly Homework:
DRP and math fact practice two or three times a week.
Weekly spelling words. Test on Fridays!
Idea books- students should be free writing in their ideas books three times per week. This should be an uninterrupted ten minute writing period on anything the student would like to write about.
Reading log and window notes comprehension sheet- Due every Wednesday.
Xtra math fact fluency practice should be done 3x per week by each student. Their progress is tracked and monitored as they move along at their own ability.

Students are writing biographies on influential African Americans that will be presented as speeches in mid March.
